Plateau Rail Videos
From the Heart of the Edwards Plateau I welcome you to my channel. It is 72 miles from where I live and work to the nearest rail line. The Union Pacific Southern Mainline in Uvalde, Tx. I have had a long interest in trains and railroading and finally decided to share some of my videos with others. I hope that you will find them enjoyable.
The Edwards Plateau is a geographic region at the crossroads of Central, South, and West Texas. It is bounded by the Balcones Fault to the south and east, the Llano Uplift and the Llano Estacado to the north, and the Pecos River and Chihuahuan Desert to the west. San Angelo, Austin, San Antonio, and Del Rio roughly outline the area. The southeast portion of the plateau is known as the Texas Hill Country.
I have learned three thing from making these videos:
1. My allergies are worse than I realized
2. I'm a very noisy breather
3. My truck likes to make frequent guest appearances
