I’m from the beautiful Cape Town, South Africa. I have a passion for the outdoors and love mountain biking, exploring gravel riding on rural and farm roads, and trail running on our incredible trail network—especially on Table Mountain, known as Hoerikwaggo by the indigenous Khoikhoi people.
