Approximate Ingredients:

Pulpy Crackers
1/2 cup lentil pulp
1/2 cup flax pulp
1 cup chickpea pulp
1 cup spelt flour
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika

Nacho Cheese Recipe
3/4 cup cashew pulp
1 cup cooked chickpea pulp
2 tbsp. miso paste
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
Hot sauce, to taste

Pumpkin Seed Salsa
5 or so dried chili peppers
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. cumin seeds
3/4 cup pumpkin seed pump
small handful of cilantro
salt, to taste
Lime, juice only!

Pulpy Granola
Roughly 2 cups of seed, nut, oat pulps
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup pistachios
1/2 tsp. salt

"Tofu" Scramble
2 cups of okara (soy pulp)
1/2 onion
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp. black salt
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. Sunny Paris (or preferred spice blend)
