Vasina torta je tradicionalna poslastica iz grada Paraćina. Sa sobom nosi predivnu, dirljivu priču. Ukus je neodoljiv.
Orasi su na sve strane. Prava pravcata torta, sa pečenim biskvitom, fil sa orasima, domaći šlag preko. Ma divota. I svaki zalogaj vrijedi svakog uloženog truda.
Za biskvit sam koristila kalup promjera 26 cm. Pekao se 25 minuta na 170 stepeni.
Sastojci:
Biskvit:
- 5 jaja
- 3 kašike šećera
- 1 kašika brašna
- 4 pune kašike mljevenih oraha
Fil:
- 4 žumanca
- 3 kašike šećera
- 125 ml mlijeka
- 125 gr šećera u prahu
- 300 gr mljevenih oraha
- 200 gr putera
- 1 narandža
- 100 gr otopljene čokolade za kuhanje
Šaum:
- 4 bjelanca
- 250 gr šećera
- 180 ml vode
Agdu od šećera i vode kuhati 20 min da se dobije sirup.

Vasa cake is a traditional dessert from the town of Paracin. He carries with him a beautiful, touching story. The taste is irresistible.
Walnuts are everywhere. Real straight cake, with baked biscuit, filling with walnuts, homemade whipped cream over. What a beauty. And every bite is worth every effort.
For the biscuit, I used a 26 cm diameter mold. Bake for 25 minutes at 170 degrees.
Ingredients:
Biscuit:
- 5 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 4 full tablespoons ground walnuts
Fil:
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 125 ml of milk
- 125 g of powdered sugar
- 300 g of ground walnuts
- 200 g of butter
- 1 orange
- 100 g of hot chocolate for cooking
Whipped cream:
- 4 egg whites
- 250 g of sugar
- 180 ml of water
Cook the sugar and water agda for 20 minutes to make a syrup.
