1. Rice.... 1/2 kg
2. Onions..... 1/2 kg
3. 200 gm cauliflower
4. 150 gm carrot
5. 90 gm Beans
6. 60 to 70 gm peas
7. 150 gms paneer
8. Dahi 1 cup
9. 3 to 4 tbspns ginger garlic paste
10. Salt
11. 2 tspn kashmiri red chilli powder
12. 1 tspn haldi
13. 1.5 tbspn Desi ghee
14. 2 tbspn Briyani Masala
15. Oil
For boiling Rice :
1. 2 bay leaf, 2 to 3 cloves, 1 small cinnamom stick, 1 tspn jeera, 1 star anise and Desi ghee or oil
Special Briyani Masala
1. 1 tbspn sabut Dhaniya
2. 2 teaspoon Jeera
3. 1 tbspn sabut kali mirch
4. 3 to 4 sabut lal mirch
5. 6 to 7 cloves
6. 2 strands javitri
7. 1 small stick of cinnamon
8. 1 star anise
9. 1 tbspn moti saunf
10. 1/2 tspn haldi
11. 1/2 tspn salt
12. 2 tej patta
13. 2 black cardamom
14. 8 to 10 choti elaichi
15. 1/4 tspn nutmeg
For layering
4 to 5 spoons kewra essence
Pudina leaves
Dhaniya
Desighee
Milk and kesar ( optional )
