Matar Poori:
1. 2 cups Aatta
2. 1/4 tspn Ajwain
3. 1 tbspn Salt
4. 2 tbspn Suji
5. 1/4 tspn Red chilli powder
6. 1/4 tspn Haldi
7. 1 tspn Dhaniya jeera powder
8. 1/4 tspn Red chilli flakes
9. 1 cup Raw Matar paste with green chilli
10. Oil

Aloo Bhaji :
1. 700 to 800 gm
2. 3 tomatoes
3. Adrak chopped 2 tspn
4. 1 tbspn Besan
5. 1/2 tspn sabut jeera
6. 1/2 tspn Haldi
7. 1/2 tspn Red chilli powder
8. Salt to taste
9. Sugar
10. Dhaniya
11. 1 Tej patta
12. 1/4 tspn Hing

Special Masala powder :
1. 1 tspn Jeera
2. 1 tspn Sabut Dhaniya
3. 1/2 to 1 tspn Saunf
4. 3 choti elaichi
5. 3 laung
6. 1 sabut lal mirch kashmiri
7. 1 tspn kali mirch sabut

Chownk :
1/4 tspn kasuri Methi
1/2 tspn Rai
1 Hari Mirch
Ghee 1 tbspn
