This is a 100% plant based vegan meat substitute that you can use as taco meat, pizza topping, in Bolognese sauce, in lasagna and many more recipes.

Vegan Meatless Crumbles Recipe
Ingredients:
750g cauliflower (including core)
100g walnuts
140g tomato paste
1 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce)
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp coarse Celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp white pepper (or black pepper)
1/4 tsp chili powder (optional)
Instructions:
Blend Ingredients:
In a food processor, combine cauliflower, walnuts, tomato paste, tamari, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
Pulse Mixture:
Pulse until a coarse, crumbly texture forms.
Bake:
Spread mixture on a lined baking tray.
Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 45-55 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes until dry and browned.
Cool and Use:
Let crumbles cool and use as a meat substitute in various dishes like bolognese, tacos, or lasagna.
