Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
4 eggs
a pinch of salt
200 g sugar (1 cup + 1 tablespoon)
lemon peel
juice of one lemon
200 ml vegetable oil (1 cup)
200 ml milk (1 glass)
350 g flour (2 cups + 1/3 cup)
15 g baking powder (3 tsp)
baking pan 27x14 cm (10x5 inches)
Bake in the oven at 180 ยฐC (360 ยฐF) for 40 minutes.
