For today I have prepared a superb cake with walnut, simple and very delicious cream. Because we like walnuts, we also used ground walnuts and whole walnut kernels, the cream is made from egg yolks and butter flavored with vanilla plus whipped cream.
The ingredients:
6 eggs (whites)
150 g of sugar
1 vanilla essence
100 g of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 g ground walnut
100 g of whole walnut kernels

220 g of sugar
80 ml of water
6 egg yolks
250 butter (82% fat)
1 vanilla essence

Syrup:
1 spoon of cocoa
3-4 spoons of sugar
60 ml hot water
**********************
400 ml of natural whipped cream
3-4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
**********************************
Chocolate flakes for decoration,
