▶️Ingredients:
Ingredients for the main dough:
- Lukewarm water: 250 ml
- Sugar: 10 g
- Dry yeast: 7g
- Egg: 1 pc
- Bread Flour: 470 g
- Softened Butter: 30 g
- Salt: 8 g
▶️Equipment:
- Suitable bowls
- Silicone /Wooden Spatula
- Plastic wrap
- Parchment Paper
- Rolling pin
▶️ Instructions:
- Kick off by mix water + dry yeast and egg
- Mix well
- Add flour in several stages
- Mix thoroughly and knead well
- let butter melt a little and mix well
- Add it and continue kneading (You can use an electric mixer to knead better)
- Set it aside for 60 minutes
- Punch down the dough to release the air
- Divide into 3 pieces
- Make dough balls
- Leave it aside for 20 minutes
- Spread out the dough
- Roll the dough like I did
- Take it out and place it on a baking tray
- Leave it aside for 20 minutes
- Make a surface scratch on the dough
- Spray some water on them
- Bake for 20 minutes at 220 °C or 430°F
