Hi friends, this time I want to make a flour-free sponge cake. The result is soft, delicious and fragrant. Just use a steamer. Let's try it
Ingredients:
350 gr grated cassava
2 eggs
80 gr granulated sugar
1/2 tsp SP
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp / 20 gr cornstarch
2 tbsp / 15 gr powdered milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
Method:
1. Grate and strain the cassava, to separate the water. Set aside
2. Mix the eggs and sugar.
3. Add SP.
4. Add vanilla essence.
5. Add cassava gradually, while stirring.
6. Add cornstarch, powdered milk, baking powder. Stir slowly.
7. Put in a baking pan.
8. Steam.
Steam for 30 minutes, medium heat.
