In today's witch vlog (which is also somewhat of a weight loss vlog), I take you along through day 9 of my weight loss journey. We will be creating two green witch weight loss spells, design a self-reflection chart for weight loss from a psychological point of view, and take a magical trip to a winter wonderland. After all weight loss comes with movement - and nobody said, that moving can't be fun - lots of snow and drone footage incoming ;-)

Green Witch Weight loss tea
Peel of two Oranges
1 tbsp each cardamom, fennel, allspice, black pepper
3 cm piece of ginger
4 cinnamon sticks
2 handful of green tea leaves
Honey & chamomile toner
1 cup water
2 tbsp chamomile flowers (or 2 bags of chamomile tea)
1 tsp honey
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
