I think that the Central Powers could have a really solid chance at victory had Russia surrendered in 1916, with the Ludendorff offensive happening almost 2 years sooner, potentially knocking France out of the war, before the United States of America have even joined.
This is what would happen had Russia surrendered in 1916 as to quell the Communist and nationalist uprisings and what it would mean for the world.
