Riding 100 miles or 160 km on a bike is a huge accomplishment, but riding it on a fixed gear makes me feel unstoppable. No gears to bail you out, no coasting, no brakes for 100 miles in the saddle. For my sixth century, I hosted a ride to show what it's like to ride 100 miles on a fixed gear bike.
