RECIPES:
Italian Dressing:

Pie Crust:
4 cups flour
2 T sugar
1 tsp salt
Mix together well, then add:
1 3/4 cup lard
Mix well with pastry blender. In a 1 cup measuring cup mix 1 egg, 1 T vinegar, and add water to the fill line. Combine the two mixtures together until well incorporated. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 mins.
For the galettes I really didn't use a recipe, just chopped apples and mixed with maple syrup, a bit of flour, and vanilla. Rolled out the dough and added the apple mixture in each center before folding up the edges. I baked them at 375 for about 25 mins. Amazing served with vanilla ice cream!
Oven Fries:
Slice potatoes in wedges. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with avocado oil and seasonings (I used salt and Everything But The Bagel Seasoning). Bake at 450 for 20 mins or until crispy.
