This is a fleet-action naval game suitable for the turn of the 20th Century, when big gun steel battleships dominated the waves. One version of the game covers the Russo-Japanese War, while a second variant covers World War I. We talk about some of the key differences in this review. Brian DeWitt first released "When Dreadnoughts Ruled the Seas" in 2010, and a new version is now available 2025 for the first time in PDF format.
