Nintendo is one of the best known brands in the one. They are also one of the most legal-trigger-happy. More than almost any other company, Nintendo is known for their AGGRESSIVE use of legal systems across the world to stop pirates, counterfeiters…and, in some cases, ordinary YouTubers.

In today’s video, we’re going to take a look at Nintendo’s legal strategies, discuss WHY they are so lawsuit-happy, and hopefully present a balanced perspective on if they are right or wrong.

Spoiler alert: Some of you will yell at me.
