You all seem to love these What I Eat in a Day videos, so here’s another look at how I eat while maintaining my 3 stone weight loss.

I don’t track anymore, but I roughly stick to 1500 calories Monday-Friday so I can have more flexibility at the weekends (around 2500 cals)—because balance is key.

Here’s what I ate today:
☕ vanilla latte protein shake (comment SHAKE for the recipe)
🥗 sweet potato fish finger wrap OMG! 🤤
🍽️ salmon rice & veg
🥤 black cherry yoghurt

I keep it simple:
✅ Prioritise protein to stay full
🌈 Add colour for nutrients & variety
🥤 Use 1:1 Diet meal replacements for convenience, they’re high in protein & fibre, nutritionally complete, and super filling!
