In this video, I went to the morning market on Red Brick South Road in Xi'an, China. This morning market, open every morning from 6 am to 9 am, is a huge open-air market hidden behind tall buildings. The short few hundred meters of road are densely packed with various stalls on both sides, just for breakfast. There are more than a dozen stalls, and the variety of special breakfasts they offer makes it difficult to choose: spicy soup with diced pork, fried dough sticks with glutinous rice, cold skin with large knife, fish in slurry, stir-fried dough in slurry, and palace fragrant soup. Crispy beef cakes, huge scallion pancakes, steamer cakes, glutinous rice noodles, two stirs, tofu puffs, steamed buns, donkey meat roasting, Shandong pancakes, pancakes and fruit, vegetable boxes...every morning this place is crowded with people, day after day. One day shows the rich market atmosphere of Xi'an.
