Yoghurt pie (with phyllo dough)
An extraordinary recipe for yogurt pie and thin sheets, a dessert that brings rather a creamy strudel, full of flavor and very consistent. I made this pie with very thin sheets (filo sheets), which I greased with butter and filled with a creamy mixture of eggs and Greek yogurt, flavored with lemon peel and raisins hydrated in black rum
⭐ Ingredients (tray 26x36 cm):
a pack of thin sheets of pie (15 phyllo sheets)
8 eggs (separated
a little salt
100g caster sugar
900g Greek yogurt (2% fat)
vanilla sugar
peeled from an organic / organic lemon
100g golden raisins (hydrated in 100ml water and 30ml black rum)
100g melted butter for spreading sheets (+ 20g for greasing tray)
⭐ Powdered sugar before serving
