It's super easy to make delicious pumpkin pound cake. This is my most favourite pumpkin pound cake.

1 cup of cooked pumpkin (240ml, 250g)
1 cup of sugar (240ml, 200g)
half a teaspoon of salt (3 g)
1/3 cup of cooking oil (80ml, 70g)
2 room temperature eggs (120g king egg)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (5ml, 5g)
Plain flour 2 cups (480ml, 290g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder (15ml, 12g)
180 degrees (355F) 45-50 minutes
