Like every year on my birthday I prefer the cake made with choux pastry, I love the fact that it is not sweet and can be filled with a lot of cream or cream!
By the way THANKS TO ALL for the wonderful WISHES, you are Fantastic!
The cake is practically filled with Lemon Cream and Cream and decorated with fresh Strawberries, delicious!
I advise you to make it, if you don't want to make the big cake you can make, with the same dough, the zeppole, the classic cream puffs or the Éclair!
