This time we are going to show you how to make cinnamon rolls, which are also included in our new book "Easy Bread Baking: Mixing without Kneading".
The dough is really easy to make because it is fermented overnight in the refrigerator.
The fluffy dough rolled in cinnamon sugar is delicious on its own, though,
But with the cheese frosting as a topping, you have a real tasty cinnamon roll!
They are easy to bake in a small oven and the portions are easy to make.

Cinnamon Rolls
(Ingredients) For 5 pieces
150g strong flour
1 tablespoon (10g) sugar
1/2 teaspoon (3g) salt
1/2 teaspoon (2g) instant dry yeast
10g unsalted butter
55g boiling water
50g milk
10g melted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
(cheese frosting)
80g cream cheese
30g powdered sugar

Bake at 180℃ for 15 minutes
