There are days when I worry a lot and can't sleep until 4 a.m. It's extremely painful, and the next day, I'm so tired that my immune system is low, so I can't do my work properly, not to mention my apperance or my skin. When I have worries or concerns, I can't sleep, and sometimes I can't sleep because of PMS. (Why? 😳) I've compiled my know-how so far on how to sleep well.
