If I have to choose one workout that I have to do for the rest of my life, I will choose 'walking' without hesitation. Walking is the longest and most basic pose that human has been doing, and it uses the entire muscles including leg and arm muscles. But sadly, due to air pollution and space limitation, it's hard to just walk around freely. So we made a video about walking diet, which can be done at home without any gears or space limitation. In video, we set up a routine that involves other muscles including, top and lower body muscles and stomach, which will stimulate you to effectively lose calorie and this is the routine that will be presented in video:

3. Kick & Extension [Legs/Arms]
4. Knee up & Hip touch [Legs/Stomach]
5. Tap Step [Calves]
6. Tap Step & Extension [Calves/Arms]

9. Leg Curl [Legs]
10. Leg Curl & Fly [Legs/Chest]

12. Side Step & Clap [Whole body aerobic]
