Fish Tikka is an amazing starter barbeque dish in India. Just like other Tandoori(clay oven) dishes, it is very popular among non-vegetarians. In this video, I am going to roast marinated King Mackerel fish(Surmai Fish) on charcoal heat. So let's get started...

Ingredients:
500 grams of boneless fish, 100 grams of hung yogurt, 2-3 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, a half tablespoon of Kashmiri chili powder, a quarter cup of mustard oil, a half teaspoon of cumin powder, a half teaspoon of garam masala powder, 1-2 teaspoons of red chili powder, salt as per taste, 1/4 teaspoon of carom seeds(Ajwain). 1 teaspoon of Kasoori Methi(dry fenugreek leaves), a half teaspoon of mint powder, a little bit of finely chopped coriander leaves, a few chopped green chilies, 1 teaspoon of roasted gram flour(Sattu), butter to baste.
