For Mutton Curry:
½ cup Oil
2 Onions burnt
1.5 tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tbsp Poppy seeds
¼ cup Burnt Dry Coconut cubes
1 Kilo Mutton
⅓ cup Oil
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
4 Cardamom
1.5 inch Cinnamon
7-8 Cloves
1 Star anise
2 Tomato slices

2-2.5 tbsp Chili Powder
2 Slit green Chilies
2 tbsp Coriander powder
2 cups Hot Water
2 sprigs Curry leaves
Coriander choppings
1 tsp Garam masala
For Ghee Rice:
⅓ cup Ghee
1 cup Onion slices
¼ cup Cashews
2-3 Green Cardamom
4-5 Cloves
2 inch Cinnamon
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2 cups Basmati Rice (1 hour soaked)
3.5 cups Hot Water
Coriander choppings
For Ulli Garelu:
2 cups 4 Hours Urad dal
1 cup Onion choppings
3 Green chilies
2 tsp Ginger gratings
2 sprigs curry leaves choppings
Cumin
Salt
Oil for Deep Frying
For Miriyala Kodi Vepudu:
½ kilo Boneless Chicken
Salt
¼ tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Chili Powder
½ Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Senagapindi (besan)
1 tbsp Corn flour
Little Water
For Masala Podi
1 tbsp Black pepper
12-15 Garlic pods
2 sprigs Curry leaves
Oil for Tossing the Masalas and Fried Chicken
For Pappu Charu:
½ cup Tovar dal (soaked and cooked to soft)
50 gms Tamarind
1 cup Onion slices
2 Tomato choppings
2 slit Green Chilies
750 ml Water
1 tbsp Coriander powder
Salt
1-1.5 tbsp Chili Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric
Coriander choppings
2 sprigs Curry Leaves
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Jaggery
For Beerakaya Tomato Pachadi:
4 tbsp Oil
2.5 cup Beerakaya mukkalu
4 Tomato choppings
15 Green Chilies
1 Onion cubes
Coriander seeds
Gooseberry size Tamarind
Cumin seeds
Coriander choppings
