Ouzi, with the authentic Levantine flavor of Ouzi, is one of the luxurious dishes that Syria is famous for. It is of Turkish origin and is a crisp flake filled with rice, meat, and nuts.
How to make Syrian ouzi with minced meat is prepared in an easy and quick way

Measurements for the filling: (makes 30 ozi sachets, enough for 15 people)

1 kilo of rice (it is preferable to use Italian Baldo rice)
1.5 kilo meat (chopped to the size of a bird’s head)
800 grams of peas
100 grams of peeled almonds
100 grams cashews
50 grams of pistachios for garnish
75 grams of animal ghee for the filling + 300 grams of ghee for grilling the goose
50 grams of aromatic bouquet (cloves - cardamom - peeled onion - bay leaf 0 cinnamon)
10 grams of salt for boiling meat
5 grams of pepper
10 grams of salt per button
....Ingredients for the dough....
1 kilo of flour
2 eggs
1.5 cups of water
50 grams of ghee
10 grams of salt
Small cup diameter
65 grams of starch to open the dough
(Note: We used half of this amount of dough for the ouzi and the other half to make roses with cream, which you will find on the channel 🌷)
