農薬勉強シリーズ第二弾は、水稲農業において年々その脅威を増しているウンカ、全国的に猛威をふるうコブノメイガです。
SNSでも全国から阿鼻叫喚の声が拡散され、これまで効いていたとされる農薬も効果が見られないといった報告を耳にするなど、我々農家にとって非常に恐ろしい存在となっています。
今回はそのウンカ(特にトビイロウンカ）とコブノメイガを防除するための対策について、農薬の具体的な薬効成分や製品名、散布のタイミングや方法、薬効（有効）期間の考え方などを、農薬安全コンサルタントリーダーの田邉氏に聞いてみました。

Today we introduce agrichemicals to avoid 2 Rice Killers, one of two is called in Japan "Unka"(In English are Sogatella furcifera, Nilaparvata lugens, Laodelphax striatellus), and another one that we called "Kobunomeiga"(Cnaphalocrocis medinalis). These are terrifying pests for us paddy farmers, but we think that they are not impossible to repel if we take proper measures.
