This time, I completed a cupcake recipe that is really delicious, but easy to make.
After all, I'm excited to share with you a vanilla cupcake recipe that's really easy to make, really tasty, moist, and fluffy.
In fact, cupcakes made with butter don't last moist and tend to dry out.
So, if you use vegetable oil instead, it will be moist, but it will not taste as good as butter. yogurt makes the cake texture more moist and soft.
You can get flavorful and moist vanilla cupcakes.
Also, I added vanilla bean paste to give it a rich vanilla flavor.
Vanilla bean paste has a very good vanilla flavor at a lower price than vanilla bean, so I use it often. The modified recipe for adding vanilla extract or vanilla beans instead of vanilla bean paste is also written below. Please note.
Because this cake batter is thin, the top of the cake may be tilted when baking in a convection oven due to the fan. I found a solution after baking several times.
Preheat the oven and place the cupcake pan on the top rack of the oven and start baking.
The upper part seems to be relatively less affected by the wind than other shelves. After that, if the cake has raised enough and it has been 7-8 minutes, quickly move it to the middle and turn the pan back and forth. --At this time, increase the temperature in the oven to over 10℃ for 1 minute before opening the door. And then do that I said above quickly. After closing the door, lower it to the original baking temperature. That way, you can prevent damage from dropping the temperature when the door is opened —
Or you can continue to bake at the top without moving the position. And then switch the front and rear sides of the pan after 8 minutes.
In this case, the top of the cake browns less than when it in the middle.
So, I increased the baking time by 1 minute more.
And don't worry, an oven without a fan doesn't have this problem.
Just bake the cakes on the middle rack.
