Warm and delicious, cotton cakes with garlic filling. A quick and easy recipe with always excellent results.
Ingredients:
for a 26-28 cm tray
500-550 g of flour
250 ml of milk
1 egg (the yolk is separated for spreading)
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. dry yeast (4-5g)
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
For the garlic topping
20 g of butter
5-6 sprigs of dill
3-4 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. water
Spread the filling immediately after removing from the oven.
