In this video, I will prepare hajdushki kalak or bread with aromatic filling. A recipe that will please a family and impress your guests.

Ingredients:
For a 26-28 cm pan
For the dough
500-550 g of flour
1 egg (yolk for spreading)
1 packet of dry yeast (7 g)
250 ml of milk
3-4 tbsp. oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
For the stuffing
300 g of pork
300 g of chicken fillet
250 g of mushrooms
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 sprig of leek
1 medium onion
50 ml of oil
150 ml of white wine
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp savory
2-3 sprigs of thyme or 1 tsp. dry
150 g grated cheese
3-4 sprigs of parsley for sprinkling

The dough rises for 40 minutes, is shaped and rises for another 30 minutes. The filling must be well cooled before filling the bread, for this I prepare the filling while the pesto is rising for the first time and while it rises after shaping, the filling is cooled. Bake at 180 degrees for a total of about 40 minutes, first 30 minutes, sprinkle with cheese and another 10-15 minutes.
