A very tasty, Japanese style cold meat sauce pasta.

【Ingredients】(Serves 1 to 2)
1 tomato (you can use canned tomatoes)
1/4 of an onion
1/2 chicken breast (100g minced chicken meat)
1 sprig of myoga
7 shiso leaves
1 or 2 dried plums
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin (sweet cooking sake)
100g pasta

(Recipe)
Cut onion into chunks, tomatoes into chunks, myoga into small pieces, 5 shiso leaves into chunks, and 2 leaves into strips for topping. Peel the skin off the breast meat and mince it. Remove the seeds from the dried plums and pound them into a paste.

Saute the onion and minced meat, and when cooked, add the tomatoes, sake, soy sauce, mirin, and umeboshi.

Add sake, soy sauce, mirin, and umeboshi. Put ice on a bat and chill.

Boil the pasta and drain in ice water.

Serve the pasta, drizzle with olive oil, and top with the sauce and shiso leaves.
