Material:
600g glutinous rice flour (1kg), 250g granulated sugar, 120g brown sugar, 450g warm water, 1/4 cellophane
practice:
1. Put granulated sugar and brown sugar into a container, add warm water and stir to melt
2. Pour in the glutinous rice flour and stir into a soft paste
3. Pour it into a container covered with cellophane, cut off the extra cellophane around, so as not to affect the steam coming up
4. Add 3 cups of water to the outer pot of the electric cooker, steam for about 1 hour until it jumps up
