- *500 grams* of fresh, red tomatoes 🍅
- *1 small carrot*, chopped 🥕
- *1 bowl of rice* (soaked for 30 minutes) 🍚
- *1 small bowl of peas* 🌱
- *Water* (for cooking)
- *2 spoons of oil* 🛢️
- *Spices*:
- *½ spoon of mustard seeds* 🌱
- *½ spoon of cumin seeds* 🌱
- *4 cloves* 🧄
- *3-4 pieces of cinnamon* 🧂
- *Green onions* (optional) 🧅
### 🥣 Detailed Method:
1. *Prepare the Tomatoes*: Wash and chop *500 grams* of fresh tomatoes and *1 small carrot*.
2. *Cook the Vegetables*: In a pot, add the chopped tomatoes and carrots with *½ cup of water*. Cook until soft.
3. *Prepare the Rice*: Soak *1 bowl of rice* in *2 bowls of water* for 30 minutes. Boil the rice in a cooker with a glass of water.
4. *Combine Ingredients*: Add the cooked tomato and carrot mixture to the rice in the cooker. Add *1 small bowl of peas*.
5. *Cook Together*: Cover the cooker and whistle for *3 whistles*.
6. *Blend the Soup*: Once cooked, blend the mixture until smooth. Strain to remove skins and seeds if desired.
7. *Prepare the Soup Base*: In a pan, heat *2 spoons of oil*. Add *½ spoon of mustard seeds*, *½ spoon of cumin seeds*, *4 cloves*, and *3-4 pieces of cinnamon*.
