Super easy to make, super tasty
Main ingredients
가지(4 medium-sized eggplants) 4개 정도(개당 180 ~ 190g)
올리브 오일(olive oil, 2 Tablespoons) 2 테이블스푼
Miso glaze
미소(white/shiro miso, 2 Tablespoons) 2 테이블스푼
양조 식초(rice vinegar, 1 Tablespoon) 1 테이블스푼
사케/청주/맛술/미림(sake or mirin, 1 Tablespoon) 1 테이블스푼
양조 간장(soy sauce, 1 Teaspoon) 1 티스푼
참기름(sesame oil, 1 Teaspoon) 1 티스푼
설탕(sugar, 1 Tablespoon) 1 테이블스푼
마늘(1 clove of garlic) 1개(5g)
Oven
1차: 160도 예열 후, 20분 Preheat oven to 320 degrees F, n bake for 20 mins
2차: 160도 예열 후, 15분 Preheat oven to 320 degrees F, n bake for 15 mins
