How to make
1) Mix the sifted flour with salt and olive oil to make a uniform mixture.
2) Prepare the dry yeast in a separate bowl and mix it with a pinch of flour and lukewarm water.
3) Mix a pinch of flour and warm water.
4) When you have finished adding ingredients 1 and 2, knead the dough.
5) Cover the dough with a wet cloth and let it ferment until it doubles in size.
6) Divide the dough after the primary fermentation is over, form it into a round, line it up, and cover it with a wet cloth for the secondary fermentation.
