This was my fifth ski trip of the 2024 season!
A couple went skiing with Passart Alltrack for two days and one night in the Joetsu area.
The first day was at Joetsu Kokusai Ski Resort, and the second day was at Yuzawa Park Ski Resort.
Although there is not much snow in the ski resort this season, there was quite a bit of snow on the first day, and we were impressed with the quality of the snow at Joetsu Kokusai Ski Resort, which looked as if it were in Niseko. It was just like Joetsu Pow. The lift ticket was also a super value at 2,000 yen when using a GoGo pair ticket, instead of the regular price of 5,500 yen. After all, Joetsu International Ski Resort is super nice and elegant. We spent the whole day skiing as a couple.
After skiing, we stayed at Marudai House, a famous ryokan in Echigo Yuzawa. The inn is located just a stone's throw from the Yuzawa Park, and we were treated to a sumptuous dinner. We were very impressed with the wonderful system that included a complimentary bottle of beer.
We went to bed early to finish the first day of skiing at Yuzawa Park the next day.
