大甲芋頭香氣十足,這款芋香巴斯克~
芋頭軟綿,乳酪細膩,濃郁而不膩,整個就是好好吃~
*成份表*(6-inch round pan 6吋可分離圓形蛋糕模)
▶Taro Stuffing 芋泥餡
350g steamed taro 蒸熟的大甲芋頭
35g sugar 細砂糖
70g whipping cream 動物性鮮奶油
35g unsalted butter 無鹽奶油
▶Cookie bottom 餅乾底
75g digestive biscuits消化餅乾(約5片)
25g melted unsalted butter 融化無鹽奶油
▶Cheese cream 原味乳酪糊
250g cream cheese 奶油乳酪
70g sugar 細砂糖
3 whole eggs 全蛋3個(約110g)
170g whipping cream 鮮奶油
5g cake flour 低筋麵粉
⭐奶油乳酪提前在室溫回軟,蛋跟鮮奶油要在室溫回溫一下下⭐
▶Purple cheese cream紫色乳酪糊
10g purple sweet potato powder 紫薯粉
150g cheese cream 原味乳酪糊
*氣炸烤程 *
預熱:攝氏200度10分鐘
烤程:攝氏180度15分鐘+攝氏160度20分鐘(想要吃熟一點,可再多烤5-10分鐘)
*烤箱烤程 *
預熱:攝氏220度10分鐘
烤程:攝氏220度20分鐘+攝氏200度25分鐘(想要吃熟一點,可再多烤5-10分鐘)
⭐烤完以後不用脫模,直接移到『架子』上放涼,蓋上保鮮膜,冷藏8小時以後就可以享用囉!😋
*Air Fryer Bake*
Preheat:200°C for 10 minutes
Bake:180°C for 15minutes + 160°C for 20minutes (If you want to taste more solid, you can bake for 5-10 minutes more.)
*Oven Bake*
Preheat:220°C for 10 minutes
Bake:220°C for 20 minutes + 200°C for 25 minutes (If you want to taste more solid, you can bake for 5-10 minutes more.)
⭐Enjoy time:
After roasting, do not demould, move directly to the rack to cool, cover with plastic wrap, and enjoy it after 8 hours of refrigerating.
