In Japan, many autumn-like menus have appeared, such as hamburgers inspired by the seasonal event of moon viewing and desserts using sweet potatoes.
So this time, I came up with a Japanese-style menu that is ahead of autumn!

[Tsukimi Hamburger]
300g ground chicken
1/2 onion
1 tablespoon potato starch
1 tablespoon sake
A little salt and pepper
1 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sake
2 tablespoons mirin
2 teaspoons sugar

[Broccoli with salted kelp]
1 stalk of broccoli
Large amount of salted kelp 1 ji
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

[Salmon and mushroom stir-fried with ponzu sauce]
3 slices of raw salmon
┗A little salt
┗A little flour
1 pack of king oyster mushrooms
1 pack of maitake mushrooms
10g butter
2 tbsp ponzu sauce
2 tsp mirin
[Japanese-style potato salad]
2 potatoes
┗2 tsp vinegar
┗A little salt
Salt 1 or more tablespoons of kelp
1 or more tablespoons of mayonnaise

[Chicken and sweet potato stew]
300g chicken thighs
300g sweet potatoes (1 medium)
1 clove of garlic
150ml water
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of mirin
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of sake
[Hiya-yakko with wakame and tomato]
Silken tofu (as needed)
6 cherry tomatoes pcs
10g fresh wakame seaweed
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Chicken stock powder...just under 1/2 tsp
1 tsp sesame oil
[Okra clear soup]
1/2 pack okra
1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
500ml water
2 tbsp white dashi
1 tbsp sake
1/2 tsp soy sauce
