4 Large eggs (60-65g/each with shell)
Cake flour 70g
Vegetable oil 50g
Fresh orange juice 70g
Caster sugar 60g
Lemon juice
☘️Sugar water
Caster sugar 50g
Water 50g
☘️Cream filling
Cream 180g
Icing sugar 15g
☘️** Preheat oven to 150C/295F
**Bake at 150C/295F for 22 mins, turn to 165C/330F for 7-8 minutes
