黑芝麻 1湯匙
白芝麻 1湯匙

Pumpkin seeds 50g
Sunflower seeds 50g
Florentine powder 120g (you can find it at Florentine mix cake bakery)
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 tbsp white sesame seeds

油 750 毫升
鹽 適量

Ingredients:
Arrowhead 1 kg
Oil 750ml
Salt

材料
150克 底筋面粉(可用135克中筋面粉+15克玉米粉代替)
1茶匙 发粉/泡打粉
1/2 茶匙细盐
60克 糖粉
100克杏仁粉
100毫升 玉米油
表面涂层:
1粒蛋黄
1茶匙食油
1茶匙清水
表面装饰:
杏仁碎/杏仁片
150设氏度,上下火,烤20分钟
