1大匙豆酱(剁碎)

20g shredded cuttlefish

a little white pepper
pinch of salt
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce

材料A:
2 支排骨 (600克)
1 大匙豆瓣酱
1/2小匙蒜末
1公升清水
1条 青瓜
2条 辣椒
调味料:
1茶匙酱油
1 茶匙黑嗮油
1茶匙蚝油
腌制青瓜:
1 条青瓜(切条)用1茶匙盐拌匀,腌至10分钟,然后用清水冲洗一下
4大匙白米醋,2大匙糖
Ingredients
2 spare ribs (600g)
1 tablespoon bean paste
1/2 tsp minced garlic
800ml of water
1 cucumber
2 chillies
seasoning:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Pickled cucumber:
1 piece of cucumber (cut into strips), mix well with 1 teaspoon of salt, marinate for 10 minutes, then rinse with water
4 tablespoons white rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar
