大家好 我是阿鸿 这一期和大家分享这一道家常菜 黄豆酱焖鱼 很久没有吃了 家的味道 妈妈的拿手家常菜 希望大家会喜欢
材料 :
黑昌鱼或其他品种的鱼 400-500克
蒜末 姜末 香菜头
葱白 红辣椒粒 小辣椒
黄豆酱
调味:
生抽 胡椒粉 白糖
芡粉水 绍兴酒
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Black pomfret 400-500g, clean and make a few cuts on the fish. Marinate with salt on the inside and outside of fish. Set aside
2. Garlic minced
3. Ginger minced
4. Coriander stem chopped
5. White spring onion
6. Red chilli diced
7. Chilli padi diced
8. Green spring onion, cut 2cm long
9. Bean paste 1/2tbsp, rinse with water and drain
Seasoning
1. Light soya sauce 1tbsp
2. Pepper little
3. Sugar little
4. Dark soya sauce little
5. Potato starch solution
6. Shaoxing wine
Method
1. Lightly coat the pomfret with tapioca flour and fry the fish till golden brown. Set aside
2. Stir fry the garlic, ginger, white spring onion till fragrant. Then add in red chilli, chilli padi, coriander stems and fry till fragrant. Add bean paste and mix well. Then add water and let it boil.
3. Add light soya sauce, pepper, sugar and mix well. Then add the fish and simmer with cover for 1min. Add dark soya sauce and mix well. Add potato starch solution under low heat and mix well. Lastly add Shaoxing wine.
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
