50 gr. egg (1 egg M)
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon sugar (Optional)
1 tablespoon of milk or vegetable drink
💚RICE WITH COCOCONUT MILK AND MANGO (Quantity per person)
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 mango
💚RICE RICEARE POUNDS (Quantity per person)
250gr. cooked rice
1 or 2 tablespoons of hot water
Filling to taste: cheese, vegetables...
💚OYEANNA FLAK (Quantity per person)
50 g oat flakes
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
125 ml vegetable drink
1 tablespoon of instant coffee
1 tbsp. honey or cane sugar
1 ripe banana
Cocoa powder

150 g cooked potato
25 gr. finely chopped onion
50 gr. egg (1 egg M)
