🌞INGREDIENTS for GLUTEN-FREE PUMPKIN BREAD
👉The mold is 24 cm long, 10 cm wide, 5 cm high
👉My measuring cup is 250 ml
🌱2 Cups of pumpkin puree
🌱2 teaspoons of cinnamon
🌱2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
🌱1/4 Cup of Flax or Chia seeds
🌱1 Cup of water
🌱2 Cups of Chickpea Flour or Oat Flour
🌱1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
🌱1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
🔥Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C
Cook for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
