Ingredients:
300 ml lukewarm milk,
100 g sugar,
8 g yeast,
2 tablespoons oil,
2 tablespoons butter,
1 egg white,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
500-650 g sifted flour,
intermediate ingredients:
100 g crushed walnuts
80 g sugar,
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder,
100 g melted butter,
mix the ingredients and knead, let it rest for an hour and a half, then roll out the dough, add the intermediate ingredients, place it on a tray, and refrigerate for 20 minutes. After that, take it out of the refrigerator and shape the dough, let it rest for another 20 minutes, then cover it with a napkin and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
