Ingredients:
- Chicken thighs or breast (boneless, skinless): 500g, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Cornstarch: 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce: 3 tbsp (divided)
- Oyster sauce: 2 tbsp
- Dark soy sauce: 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper: 2 tsp (adjust to taste)
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger: 1 tsp, minced
- Onion: 1 medium, sliced
- Green and red bell peppers: 1 cup, sliced
- Spring onion: 2 stalks, chopped
- Chicken broth: 1/4 cup
- Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp

For the Marinade:
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Cornstarch: 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper: 1 tsp
