Ingredients:
Cacao butter 20g
Food coloring powder 2g
Ruby Chocolate 400g
(melt 2/3 chocolate and pour 1/3 tempered chocolate to lower the temperature until 31degrees)
Valrhona Rasberry 95g
Heavy Cream 65g
Glucose 7g (I used honey in this video because I didn't have it, but please use glucose)
