Well, how beautiful, tender and juicy it turned out, this wonderful braid "PAINTED FOX". I wanted to cook it for a long time, and now the time has come. Surprisingly, it is quite easy to prepare - no tiresome rolling of cakes is required. But still there are some nuances and secret preparations, which I will talk about in the video.

Ingredients
Poppy cake:
2 eggs
175 g of sugar
100 g sour cream with a fat content of 21%
1 tsp (4 g) of food ammonium
2 tablespoons (25 g) of melted and cooled butter
60 g of dry ground poppy seeds
130 g of flour
White-emerald cake:
400 g of sour milk cheese
70 g of sugar
20 g of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
30 g of corn starch
60 g sour cream with a fat content of 21%
2 tablespoons butter
2 tbsp. semolina
4 eggs
70 g of sugar
3 g (0.5 tsp) baking soda
80 ml of kefir
200 g of sunflower halva
120 g of flour
Cream:
400 ml of water
2 packs of cherry jelly (each pack weighs 70 g and is designed to prepare jelly from 0.5 l of liquid)
10 g of instant gelatin
OR:
400 ml of sweet cherry compote
Quick-dissolving gelatin (take the required amount according to the cooking instructions for preparing jelly with a volume of 1 liter and 200 ml)
800 ml of sour cream with a fat content of 21%
100 g of sugar (or to taste)
2 packs of thickener for cream and sour cream (optional)
